Today, yes Saturday, i had to drive to Co-Lin community college for work. As I approach my turn i see cars lined up as far as i could see. As I get closer to the madness, i see the sign, "Wesson Flea Market; October 18th"
My initial thought was, "crap, I am going to be late." But the humorous situation I found myself in was second to none. People everywhere. I literally was driving my honda through a sea of people brushing against my car with their bodies. It was insane. But, in the crowd, there she was, wearing a doo-rag, and wearing a big smile. She was showing her husband her newly airbrushed sweat shirt... and then a few seconds later, I notice everyone carrying bags of something and as I looked closer, I noticed it was homemade pork skins!
Friends, to my knowledge this is a rebirth of a lost art. God bless America!
